About Coforge Ltd

Coforge Limited is a leading provider of Information Technology solutions, offering Application Development and Maintenance, Managed Services, Cloud Computing, and Business Process Outsourcing to organizations across various sectors. Incorporated in 1992 as NIIT Technologies Limited, the company has evolved into a world class business, maintaining ISO 27001 standards and SEI CMMI Level 5 Version 1.2 certification. It has development centres around the world from New Delhi to London and Singapore. In 2002, NIIT Technologies became its own entity with restructuring and shortly after entered the Managed Services space. In 2008, the company launched its unique Fleet Management System and received numerous awards, including the ‘Banking and Finance ICT Innovation Award for Belgium/Luxembourg’. In 2015, Coforge Limited expanded into Latin America and Ireland, opened a Delivery Centre in Greater Noida and acquired a majority stake in Incessant Technologies. Over the years, the company has been enhancing its portfolio of services, offering Value Added Application Services in Software as a Service mode and investing in its advanced analytics platform. Some of the notable milestone projects include a Rs. 3440 million contract with the Airports Authority of India, setting up state-of-the-art Airport Operations Control Centers across 10 cities, and a multi-year contract with the national airline of Ireland. In 2021, Coforge Limited completed an acquisition of majority stake in M/s SLK Global Solutions Private Limited. The company is committed to helping their clients stay competitive by leveraging its innovative capabilities and domain expertise.
