About L&T Technology Services Ltd

LT Technology Services Limited (LTTS), a subsidiary of Larsen Toubro Limited, is a leading global engineering research and development (ERD) services company headquartered in India, with over 16,000 employees spread across 25 global sales offices and 89 innovation labs. As of March 31, 2022, its customer base includes 69 Fortune 500 companies and 53 of the world’s top ERD companies. In 2014, LTTS acquired the Product Engineering Services (PES) business except the unit in Germany from Larsen Toubro Infotech Limited, and in 2015, it acquired the unit of PES business in Germany from LT Infotech GmbH. Following this, it also acquired 74% stake in Thales Software India Private Limited (TSIPL) and the Engineering Services division of Dell India. In 2016, the company was listed on the bourses and announced a Digital Engineering Transformation partnership with Microsoft Corporation. They secured a multi-year multimillion dollar contract from a large global semiconductor company, developed Smart City Campus solutions, completed the acquisition of Esencia Technologies, and collaborated with Wind River, an Intel Company. In 2017, LTTS inaugurated its new Center of Excellence dedicated for a leading German OEM in Munich, Germany, and established a Centre of Excellence in Jerusalem, Israel. The company won a project worth $50 million from a leading Aerospace Electronic Systems Manufacturer in 2018, and a multi-million dollar contract from Covestro in the same year. In 2019, the company acquired Bengaluru based Graphene Semiconductor Services Private Limited, and in 2020, it acquired Orchestra Technology Inc, incorporated in Texas. Finally, in 2021, Esencia Technologies Inc. was merged with LTTS LLC.
