UPL Ltd is a leading global agrochemical and seed company, incorporated in 1969 and headquartered in Mumbai, India. UPL operates in three main lines of business: Crop Protection, Seeds and Turf & Ornamentals.

UPL's Crop Protection line of business offers a wide range of products, from insecticides, fungicides and herbicides to plant growth regulators and adjuvants. Popular UPL brands in this line of business include AIM, ALTUS, PULSE and SENDURO.

UPL's Seeds line of business focuses on developing and supplying hybrid and open pollinated seeds, with a focus on corn, rice, wheat, sorghum, cotton, sunflower and pulses.
