About Kwality Walls India Ltd

Kwality Walls India Limited KWIL was incorporated on January 10 2025 to handle HULs ice cream business. During the year 2025 the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary under the name of Kwality Walls India Limited KWIL for the demerger of the Ice Cream business. The Scheme of Arrangement between Hindustan Unilever Limited and the Company was implemented in January 2025 where the Companys Ice Cream business got demerged from Hindustan Unilever Limited HUL into the Company as a going concern basis and became effective on December 1 2025. Following its demerger from Hindustan Unilever HUL KWIL is now an independent standalone company focused exclusively on the ice cream and frozen desserts business. Pursuant to the said Demerger the shareholders of HUL have received 1 share of the Company for every 1 share of HUL in December 2025..
