Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) was incorporated in 1934 and is one of India's leading shipyards. GRSE is a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence and is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal.

GRSE is engaged in the design and construction of new ships, as well as the repair and refit of existing ships. Its core operations include the construction of warships and other vessels for the Indian Navy, Coast Guard, and Export Customers. Its top products include Naval Ships, Fast Patrol Vessels, Corvettes, Offshore Patrol Vessels, Survey Vessels, Landing Craft Utility, and Tugs.
