About Minda Corporation Ltd

Minda Corporation Ltd is a renowned Indian auto component manufacturer with 28 manufacturing facilities in India and 6 abroad and headquartered in Noida. Established in 1985 as Minda Switch Auto Private Limited, it is now the flagship company of the Spark Minda Ashok Minda Group. It produces Ignition Switches, Electronic and Mechanical Security Systems, Die Cast Parts, Surface Finishing Parts and Plastic Interiors for various Auto OEMs. In addition, the company is the only one in India to have its own patented Magnetic Shutter and Immobilizers. During FY 2019 and FY 2020, the company acquired several subsidiaries and a JV company and opened a new plant in Czech Republic, two plants in Noida and Chennai, and its Competency Centre for Excellence in Pune. It also signed an agreement with Stoneridge Inc. USA and Infac Elecs. Co. Ltd. Korea, and invested in EVQPoint.
