Surana Solar Ltd Share Price (SURANASOL)

Surana Ventures Ltd, part of the Surana Group, was founded in Hyderabad India in November 2006 and specializes in the manufacturing of Solar Energy Systems. Their focus is on Solar Photovoltaic PV Modules; offering high quality and excellent price-performance ratios in the local market. The company has two manufacturing units, one at Fabcity SEZ in Hyderabad and the other at Cherlapally, and their products are sold solely under the brand “Surana Ventures”. The group entered into a joint venture in 2008 with Surana Telecom and Power Ltd and Bhagyanagar India Ltd, in which 49 shares were held by each party, and 2 were held by the promoter group. The company merged the Solar Business of Surana Telecom and Power Ltd in 2009-10. Their shares were successfully listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India in 2011. In order to back integrate, the company has placed orders and started building construction for a 35MW PV Cell Line from Germany, at a cost of Rs. 90 crores and a fully automated Solar Module Plant worth Rs. 10 crores.
