The company had a successful public issue in December 2021 with an allotment of Rs 6400 crore, including Rs 2000 crore being issued through a fresh issue and Rs 4400 crore through offer for sale, at the price of Rs 900 per share. As of 31st March 2022, Star Health had 807 branches in 26 states and 4 Union Territories throughout India as well as over 12820 affiliated hospitals across the country.
