Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (MOFSL) is an NBFC registered under the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934, offering a range of financial products and services such as stock broking, private wealth management, retail broking, distribution institutional broking, asset management, investment banking, private equity, proprietary investments, commodities broking, currency broking and home finance, catering to a diversified client base including retail customers, mutual funds, foreign institutional investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients. The company has grown significantly over the years, reaching a network of 550 cities and towns, comprising 2,500 business locations and over 9 lakh registered customers. It has witnessed a steady growth in business backed by strong fundamentals, investments in reaching out to clients digitally, and risk mitigated solutions.
