About Graviss Hospitality Ltd

G L Hotels GLHL is an incorporated company established in 1959, headed by Chairman Ravi Ghai. In 1970, it issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4, and 7 rights shares for every 6 shares held to Ghai Enterprises Pvt Ltd share holders at the time of amalgamation. In 199495, they diversified their activities by opening up icecream stores in Bombay, branded Baskin Robbins. Currently, the company is progressing in the reconstruction work of the Hotel Nataraj, and its structural work is complete with the interior designing work in progress. Furthermore, the company has signed catering agreement with M/s Kwality Frozen Food Pvt Ltd, and strategic agreements with InterContinental Hotels Corporation USA. Established in 1959, G L Hotels GLHL under Chairman Ravi Ghai is the owner of Nataraj hotel in South Bombay. It has issued bonus shares in 1970 in ratio 1:4 and rights shares according to Ghai Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Subsequently, for expansion they started Baskin Robbins ice cream stores in Bombay. Currently, the work for reconstruction and interior designing of Nataraj hotel is on-going.
