About HB Estate Developers Ltd

HB Estate Developers Limited is a India-based development company focused on the development of commercial and residential complexes. Incorporated in September 1994, the company previously was named HB Housing Development Corporation Limited before changing its name in January 1996. In addition to building complexes across India, the company also shifted a Real Estate Division from HB Stockholdings Limited to its own company. As of March 2010, the company was making progress on a 333,000 square feet commercial and residential project, which includes a three-screen multiplex, a 120-room hotel, and a food court. Furthermore, it has entered into a long-term management agreement with The Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) to operate a Five Star TAJ hotel in Gurgaon.
