About Praveg Ltd

Praveg Ltd, formerly known as Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd, was founded in 1992 and has been providing creative solutions across different media and domains on a turnkey basis since 2005. Following a scheme of amalgamation in 2017, with Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd, the company changed their name to Praveg Communications India Ltd, and then to Praveg Ltd in 2022. In 2021, they transferred their entire holding of 50.20% in Praveg Tourism Private Limited, and in 2022 acquired land in 4 locations - Jawai Velavadar, Ranthambore and Udaipur for hospitality projects. Praveg Ltd provides services in Advertising, Hospitality Management and Organization of Events and Exhibitions, and has a modern design studio, a team of qualified and experienced professionals and sophisticated infrastructure to cater to these needs.
