About Howard Hotels Ltd

Howard Hotels Limited was established as a Private Limited Company in 1989 by Mr.S.R.Narula and Mr.Sandeep Narula with the aim to set up a Three Star hotel in Fatehabad Road Agra. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company in 1994 and acquired 2700 Sq.mtr of land nearby. The building plans were approved in 1991 and the company awarded the building and other related works in 1992.In 1993, the company placed orders for plant and machinery and also reached an affiliation agreement with the Best Western International Inc.By 1996, the hotel was constructed and the company entered into a hotel operation agreement with the Sarover Park Plaza Hotel and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., a former Oberoi team. Sarover Park Plaza has a tie-up with California-based multinational giant, Park Plaza Hotels and Resorts. The Directors hope that the management of the hotel by Sarover Park Plaza will lead to increased profitability and quality in service and hospitality. The total foreign exchange earned by the company during 19992000 was 99 lakhs.
