About Jindal Hotels Ltd

Jindal Hotels was established in 1984 by Hasmukh R Shah and associates. Located in Baroda, Gujarat, the hotel had a capacity of 156 rooms, providing an array of luxury services mainly to business executives for a minimum stay of two days. In 1995, the company developed new sites within 100 km of the city. Jindal Hotels upgraded their existing facilities and expanded with an additional 40 rooms in 1995-96, and further 24 rooms in the current year, taking the total room capacity to 114. The Government of Gujarat approved a project report to increase the capacity by 50. The project was appraised by Tourism Finance Corporation of India Limited, leading to a Term Loan of Rs. 4.5 crores to the company.
