About Fusion Finance Ltd

Fusion Micro Finance Ltd. was incorporated in New Delhi, India in 1994 as Ambience Fincap Private Limited, and in 2010 changed its name and received a certificate of registration from the RBI as a non-banking financial company (NBFC). The company is a microfinance provider, dedicating itself to empowering underserved women in India, providing them access to greater economic opportunities. Registered as a public limited company in 2021, Fusion Micro Finance had the fourth fastest growth in gross loan portfolio CAGR (53.89) of the 10 largest NBFCMFIs in India and was one of the youngest companies in terms of AUM (Rs. 73890.23 million, Rs. 67859.71 million, Rs. 46378.39 million, and Rs. 36065.24 million, respectively, as of June 2020, 2021, and 2022). With 2.90 million active borrowers, Fusion Micro Finance is served by 966 branches and 9,262 permanent employees across 377 districts of 19 states in India. The company offers income generation and cross-sell loans to its customers, as well as MSME loans, with loan proceeds used to fund businesses in sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and services. In November 2022, Fusion Micro Finance came out with a public issue, raising Rs. 1103.99 crores for a Rs. 600 crores fresh issue and offer for sale of Rs. 503.99 crores.
