February 26th 2015.During the year 2015 the Company issued and allotted 0.01 140000 Preference Shares to Inimitable Capital Finance Private Limited the holding company on preferential basis.Pursuant to shareholders approval obtained at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 4th July 2016 on 2nd August 2016 the Company has issued and allotted 17163 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each as Bonus shares to nonpromoters Equity shareholders of the Company.During the year Frontier Digital Technologies Private Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary ceased to be so w.e.f. 3rd March 2016.The company continues to be subsidiary of Inimitable Capital Finance Private Limited in FY19..
