About Indostar Capital Finance Ltd

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India, with four primary lines of business: corporate lending, SME lending, vehicle financing, and housing financing. Since its incorporation in 2009 as a Private Limited Company, IndoStar has grown its portfolio of services to offer vehicle and housing finance products and 131 branches today. It has received long-term credit ratings of Care AA and A1 from Care Ratings for its loan facilities of 500 crores and commercial papers with a limit of 50 crores respectively. In 2018, the company opened its 100th branch and grew its employee count to 1000. It also successfully executed its initial public offer (IPO) and subscribed 6.8 times the total amount of loans and investments in its SME, vehicle and home finance businesses. In 2019, IndoStar was given a positive standing by Care Ratings in their review of the company's long-term debt program and ALM for the next 18 months. With a strong balance sheet, cash & equivalents on hand, and comfortable liquidity position, IndoStar is well-placed to continue its expansion and look at new opportunities in the Indian financial services sector.
