About Dharani Finance Ltd

Dharani Finance Ltd was founded in 1990 and has an authorized capital of Rs. 1 Crore. With the help of a public issue in 1994, their paid-up capital was increased to Rs. 5 Crores. In recent years, banks have intervened in the field of financial services traditionally dominated by non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) like Dharani Finance Ltd, leading to a decrease in their activities. To survive, the company has diversified and shot into activities like running a travel agency, a tie-up with a 5-star deluxe hotel in Chennai, offering godrej lockers on rent and registering itself as an import-export company with the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports. The new activities are garnering a good profit thus ensuring the continuity of Dharani Finance Ltd.
