About Vintage Securities Ltd

Vintage Securities Limited was founded in 18th July 1994 as a public, non-banking finance company (NBFC). The company offers financial services activities. In the Fiscal Year of 2019, a significant legal order negatively impacted the company’s going concern status and the RBI cancelled Certificate of Registration CoR No.05.00237 dated February 20 1998 under section 45IA 6 of the RBI Act 1934. Nonetheless, it kept being regulated by the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934 and the business applied to be reformed into a Core Investment Company (CIC). As an experienced company with well-developed financial services activities, Vintage Securities Limited is committed to bring stability to its services.
