About Capri Global Capital Ltd

Capri Global Capital Limited, formerly known as Money Matters Financial Services Ltd, is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) listed on the BSE. The company has invested in a range of activities such as financial advisory services, debt syndication, debt securities trading, providing loans to MSMEs, providing long-term finance for residential housing, retail lending in India, and providing ancillary services related to said activities. It became a majority stakeholder in 2007 through a share purchase agreement and has established Debt Trading Desk in 2009, with a line of credit from Bank of India. During 2021, Capri Global Capital collided with Milestone Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, and established its joint venture named Capstone Capital Services Pvt Ltd, along with two other wholly owned subsidiaries. In 2021, the company has presence across 105 locations spread over 9 States and launched gold loan business with inauguration of 108 exclusive gold loan branches in August 2022. The company currently has one subsidiary, Capri Global Housing Finance Limited, and divested its holding in 202122 from Capri Global Resources Private Limited to Capri Global Holdings Private Limited Promoter Group, at a consideration of Rs. 276250.
