Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd (AIIL)

Autumn Investment & Infrastructure Limited, a public limited company incorporated in India on July 17, 1982, is a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in the business of making investments in financial instruments such as acquisition of shares, securities, real estate and financing of loans. The company has its registered office in Mumbai, the financial capital of India, and has encashed a large part of its proprietary portfolio to acquire two businesses related to mortgage finance. Following a Rights Issue, the promoter holding changed from 8615906 equity shares (74.74%) to 11090906 equity shares (68.72%) of the paid up equity share capital of the Company. On June 19 and July 15, 2021, the Company received a letter of intent (LOI) from Bank of Baroda representing the Inter Creditor Agreement Lenders (ICA) as per the 2019 Reserve Bank of India Directions pertaining to the acquisition of assets of Reliance Home Finance Limited (RHFL) and Reliance Commercial Finance Limited (RCFL). This acquisition is, however, subject to approval from the Non-ICA Lenders, RBI, as well as other legal and regulatory requirements/approvals.
