About Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd

Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited is a Mumbai-based software development company originally incorporated as a private limited company in 2014, and then converted into a public limited company in 2021. It offers Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), e-commerce, Application Programming Interface (API), Cyber Security, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based tools, and more. It is run by Mr. Chaitanya Dhareshwar and Mrs. Sumanlata Dhareshwar, who have a combined 30 years of experience in networking software design, quality assurance product development and internet technology. The Company leverages their extensive customer base across many sectors by maintaining agility in product iteration, maintenance and software development. Wherrelz leverages next-generation technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI), bots, virtual reality (VR) and more, to help customers transform technical IT processes and complex business processes. In addition, the Company provides various software systems such as open source CRM, SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, Odoo, Vtiger, and Custom CRM platforms with Node NET, MongoDB SQL database, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Wherrelz also has an ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System. In 2019, Company acquired Infinitybeam IOT Labs Private Limited, while in 2021, it launched its foray into resale of electronic gadgets, applications, and more.
