Wallfort Financial Services Ltd was incorporated in Nov 1994 to engage in the business of buying and selling of shares. The company obtained an in-principle membership of the Capital Market segment of the National Stock Exchange and is currently installing the necessary infrastructure at their Ahmedabad office. The current issue seeks to provide long term resources to meet the demands of their expanding business.
