Wallfort Financial Services Ltd was incorporated in Nov 1994 to engage in the business of buying and selling of shares. The company obtained an in-principle membership of the Capital Market segment of the National Stock Exchange and is currently installing the necessary infrastructure at their Ahmedabad office. The current issue seeks to provide long term resources to meet the demands of their expanding business. The company achieved sales turnover of Rs 82.06 Lakhs and a net profit of Rs 7.73 Lakhs for the financial year 1997-1998. With the coming of new products like derivatives and rolling settlement, Wallfort Financial Services Ltd is well equipped with the necessary resources and infrastructure required to propel growth and profitability.
