About Vital Chemtech Ltd

Vital Chemtech Limited is a public limited company providing Phosphorus base chemicals to multiple segments like Life Sciences, Crop Care, Textile Auxiliaries, Dyes, Pigments and Plastic Additives. It was incorporated in 2013, following the conversion from Private Limited Company to Limited Liability Partnership Firm in 2015 to its current form of a Public Limited Company. It is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Phosphorus Derivatives Products in India. The company is also engaged in trading of raw material.With a State of the Art Programmable Logic Controller PLC and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA, the facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, have been certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015. Impressively, it commenced commercial production of Phosphorus Trichloride in 2015, with further productions in Oxychloride in 2016, Pentoxide in 2018 and Pentachloride and Poly Phosphoric Acid in 2019. The company's annual revenue for the financial year 2021 was Rs 21.50 crores. In 2022, M/s. Vital Synthesis Private Limited was incorporated, making it the subsidiary of the company.
