The status of the Company subsequently was converted into a Public Company dated August 07 2024 reflecting the name as Takyon Networks Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.Takyon Networks are in the business of providing comprehensive networking and IT infrastructure solutions enterprise networking network security and web based surveillance services serving government agencies and corporate enterprises. Their services include IT networking solutions data center solutions IT security and surveillance cloud and managed services. They also offer maintenance and support services to clients through formal contracts providing expert technical support. The clients include major players in sectors like Telecom IT ITes Energy Public administration enterprise Education Railways and Defense.
