About Aris International Ltd

Aditya Gears, promoted by Ashok Kumar Harlalka, was incorporated on August 21st 1995, aiming to manufacture 384 tons of automobile transmission gears and shafts per annum at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan at a cost of Rs 557 lacs. The promoter has 14 years of trading experience in the auto component market, making it well-connected to over 375 dealers. Starting commencement of production from July 1997, Aditya Gears is currently producing gears for Tata brand vehicles and Ambassador cars, with other varieties in the product range being added depending on the market demand. The company is also looking to explore and test international markets for its products.
