Odyssey Technologies Limited, which was registered as a Private Company in 1994, specializes in the development of software and software services. In the financial year 2000-2001, Indian Software Exports experienced a robust 56 expansion rate while industry growth was comfortable at 36, however, the industry sentiment was not as great as before. The company's stock can be divided into two categories -- framework products and point solutions/out of box products. Framework products consist of Cetrix, a powerful Configuration Authority server, Cryptomagic, a total security developers kit, and more. As for Point Products, it includes Wigil, a website protection tool, Assurepage, a web page authenticator, Altasigna, a digital signature solution, Crypta, a desktop and email security software, and Tshell, a trusted server access tool. Odyssey Technologies also entered into strategic agreements with PSI Data Systems, MahindraBritish Telecom, and Netrust Pte Ltd, Singapore. The last of the three even entered into a tripartite agreement to install Odyssey’s products at a noncommercial installation of a range of Odyssey’s products at Temasek Polytechnic in June 2001 and was successfully completed and signed off.
