The company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, with three strategic business units focused on application maintenance, IT consulting, and education/infrastructure management. Founded in 1993, initially as Fateh Computer Services Pvt Ltd., the company has grown significantly over the past two decades, entering new markets, expanding delivery centers, and launching international subsidiaries. In 2010, they established an international development center, acquired a plot in Rajeev Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park and launched Mobile Application Services with a planned investment of Rs200 million.
