About USG Tech Solutions Ltd

V K Softech is a software and communication technology company based in Hyderabad, that was founded in 1999. In 2000, they became a public limited company after going into public issue, and invested in subsidiaries in the US and Canada - utilising Rs 11.50 cr. Along the way, five portals viz. Bharatguru.com, drgenie.com, ilovemycountry.com, newsatlas.com, and drrishi.com related to different fields have been developed. The subsidiaries in the US and Canada are called V K Softech Inc and will house a wireless data centre, offer ISP services and integration services, and provide consultancy services and database technologies across platforms and skills. With the investment in subsidiaries, the company has set out to become a global provider of software solutions.
