Company Information

SMIFS Capital Markets is an established financial services company, incorporated in the 1980s. It recently placed 8.5 Lakh shares at a premium of Rs 285 and 11 Lakh shares at Rs 165 on a private placement. They aim to expand their investor base and market network, by setting up offices in Bangalore and Madras. Additionally, they wish to launch fund and nonfund based activities including merchant banking, marketing of financial products, lease and hire purchase finance and venture capital financing.
