About Smart Finsec Ltd

Smart Finsec limited (SFL), formerly known as Kevalin Securities Private Limited, was established in December 16, 1994 and converted into a public company in May 2, 1995. SFL is a Non Banking Finance Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as a non-accepting public deposits NBFC under Section 45 IA of the RBI Act 1932 with the registration no. B14.00691 since May 19, 2014. The company’s core business activities include loans and advances, acquisition and underwrite of shares/stock/bonds/debentures/securities, leasing and hire-purchase, providing consultancies and assistance of conversion of shares and debentures, and to act as share transfer agents. Moreover, it involves in real estate activities such as holding, building, contract, managing, leasing, allotment, developing, and exchange of rent, and freehold properties. Lastly, the company does not include in its operations any agricultural or industrial activity.
