About Ceejay Finance Ltd

Heritage Packaging was set up as a private limited company in Mar.93, and then converted to a public limited company in Feb.95. Promoted by the C J Group Nadiad, it has a manufacturing facility in Rakanpur, Mehsana district, Gujarat with an installed production capacity of 1200 tonnes/ annum. Facilities at the facility including rotogravure printing, lamination, and pouch making. In May 95, a public issue of 15 lac equity shares aggregating to Rs. 150 lac was released to help fund its expansion and backward integration programme of enhancing its production capacity from 1200 tpa to 1800 tpa. Additionally, they constructed a facility to make extrusion of poly-films and rotogravure cylinders. After taking over Ceejay Finance Ltd., its principal business changed to Hire Purchase Leasing and Financing. The Capital Adequacy Ratio as of Mar. 2001 was 34.4%, surpassing the RBI’s stipulated ratio of 15%.
