About Goyal Associates Ltd

Goyal Associates Ltd was incorporated in 1994 as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Since then, the company has consistently been providing loans such as Micro Enterprise Loans, SME Loans, Two Wheeler Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Agro Based Loans and loans to Micro Financial Institutions, Share Trading and other NBFC related activities. During the Financial Year 2014-15, the Honorable High Court of Ahmedabad approved the scheme of reduction of the company with effect from April 1, 2014 and the paid up share capital was reduced from Rs.50,75,00000 to Rs. 25, 37,500. By March 30, 2016, the company issued out 44,40,000 equity shares of Re1 each amounting to Rs.44,40,00,000 to both promoters and non-promoters. During 2021, Goyal Associates Ltd opened new corporate office in Hyderabad at 134-141 Sri Durga Tulasi Apartments, Dwarakapuri Colony.
