About Amarnath Securities Ltd

Amarnath Securities Ltd was incorporated on 12th October 1994, and has been active in the investment sector since then. In 2018, there was a change in management as the current management is based in the State of Maharashtra; as such, the books of accounts were shifted to the corporate office at B207 CITIPOINT Andheri Kurla Road Andheri East, Mumbai 400059. Although the company has fulfilled all requirements according to the regulatory provisions, the Reserve Bank of India in Ahmedabad is yet to grant an NOC for the changing of the registered office as there has been a technical error. However, the company is taking necessary steps to ensure the NOC is granted as soon as possible.
