About Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd

Towa Sokki Ltd is a company which was incorporated in 1993 and led by Mr Omprakash Bansal, Mr Satyanarayanan Bansal, Sushila Bansal and Suman Bansal. It is a player in the manufacturing, buying, selling, exporting and importing of electronic engineering drawing and its components. In March 1996, they issued 5031000 equity shares of Rs.10 each through public issue in order to finance the project of manufacturing Steel Measuring Tapes with capacity of 14400Kms and to increase the capacity of Survey Instrument Business from 300 pieces of TA2 to 480 pieces of TA26. In order to grow their Survey Instrument Line, Towa Instruments Pvt Ltd, a Private Limited Company from 1982, amalgamated with them in 1994. During the year 19992000, their value of exports on FOB basis was approx. Rs.18.88 lacs.
