Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited (PESL) is a leading infrastructure development company Headquartered in Hyderabad with 25 years of expertise in the construction industry. It has ventured into hospitality and has three properties operating under the Celebrity brand name. The company has received prestigious CITD National gold awards in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 2001 for its commitment to providing quality projects at affordable cost. In 2005, they successfully completed a Foreign Currency Convertible Bond issue of 15 million. PESL has launched two large integrated township projects in Vishakapatnam and Hyderabad and launched 20 million square feet of construction for completion in the next 3 years. They have appointed world-renowned and experienced consultants like RSP Architects, H Architects, VBT Consortium and FABS Facilities and Building Systems. Apart from residential projects, the Company has entered into various infrastructure, shopping mall, golf course, and 3-5 star hotel development projects. As of 2019, the Company has 3 subsidiaries, one step-down subsidiary, and two associates. During the year 2018-19, Secunderabad Golf and Leisure Resorts Private Limited became a 100% subsidiary by transfer of shares from the original owners.
