About Diggi Multitrade Ltd

Diggi Multitrade Limited was founded in December 2010 as a private limited company named Diggi Securities Private Limited by Chanchal Deepak Sharma and Pawankumar Kanhaiyalal Sharma. Initially, they were engaged in stock market trading and investment in equity shares, derivatives, and other financial products. In 2013-2014, they decided to discontinue this business and ventured into the business of trading in fabrics, real estate and allied activities, and construction material. Currently, they buy flats and land from builders and sell them to third parties at a higher price than originally paid by the company. They also involve themselves in the acquisition of interests in various real estate projects. This company does not require a license or registration with SEBI or any other regulatory authorities.
