About Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd

Arihant Foundations and Investment Madras Private Limited was established in 1992 as a private limited company before being converted into a public limited company under the name Arihant Foundations and Housing Limited in 1995. The company started two development projects, Arihant Raja Bhavan in Royapettah High Road, and Arihant Sivasakthi in Sydenhams Road in 2001. Since then, the company has completed the Sapna Trade Centre on P H Road, and it is now getting occupied. Over the last 28 years since its formation, the company has become a top contender in the construction and housing industry, and looks to continue in the same vein.
