About Croissance Ltd

Memory Polymers was established in April 1994 and converted to a public limited company in November 1994. It is promoted by N V Satyanarayana and G Narender. The company has successfully built a unit in the Ranga Reddy district of Andhra Pradesh to manufacture 2,000 liters of enbucrilate tissue adhesive a year – a sterile tissue adhesive for professional use in wound closure. In March 1996, Memory Polymers launched a public issue to raise funds for the project. The product is safe and reliable and is sought after by surgeons across India, and has helped the company reach unprecedented heights.
