About Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd

Coromandel Engineering Company Ltd is a 64 year old construction firm of the USD 3.8 billion Murugappa Group. This time-tested and highly respected business has pioneered several new engineering techniques, including being the first to introduce preengineered metal building system in India. Coromandel Engineering is operational across all states and union territories in India, providing integrated turnkey construction services for the industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and residential sectors. Along with construction services, the firm is also active in real estate development and management, focusing on residential and commercial projects. Having been incorporated in 1947 and listed on Madras and Bombay Stock Exchange since 1976 and 2010 respectively, Coromandel Engineering is a well-established firm in India. Apart from these, they also offer ISO 9001: 2008 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 certifications. In their 64 years, the company has built many premium apartments in Chennai, Unity Building Hotel Holiday Inn and Windsor Manor in Bangalore, and recently acquired operational plant and machinery and other fixed assets for Rs 140.72 lakh and Rs 557.13 lakh respectively.
