About Shiva Mills Ltd

Shiva Mills Limited, formally STYL Textile Ventures Limited, was established in 2015 and is engaged in the production and marketing of cotton yarn products. Its factory, located in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu features 39,072 spindles with production capacity of 20 tons/day, specializing in 100% cotton yarn for knitting between counts 20/1-40/1. To maintain quality standards, the facility also utilizes sophisticated machinery like LMW V4 Cards, Rieter SB D22 Drawframe, Rieter E35 Omega Lap, Rieter E80 Combers, etc., in addition to ISO 9001: 2000 certification. To become more cost efficient through combatting energy uncertainties, the company also set up wind mills. In 2017, NCLT approved a scheme for the demerger of the spinning unit along with its connected wind mills to Shiva Mills Limited, effective April 1, 2015. 8,641,808 shares of SML were allotted as a result of the demerger.
