About S H Kelkar & Company Ltd

S H Kelkar and Co. was founded by Mr. V.G. Vaze in 1955 in Mumbai and is a leader in production, supply and export of fragrances, flavors and aroma ingredients for the food, beverage, personal care and household product industries. The control and management of the company is under the leadership of the Promoter Ramesh Vaze and his family. The company has established subsidiaries in India, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Singapore, Italy and Indonesia. The company also established first manufacturing unit at Vapi in 1979 and were later awarded multiple awards for Best Performance in quality and HR strategies. In October 2015, the company successfully completed an Initial Public Offering of 28.23 million equity shares and were successfully listed on BSE and NSE. The company has recently made various acquisitions such as Rasiklal Hemani Agencies Pvt. Ltd. in order to expand their marketing and field activities and also acquired VN Creative Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Creative Flavours and Fragrances S.p.A and Anhui Ruibang Aroma Co. Ltd. in order to further acquisitions and strengthen their portfolios. This has enabled the company to further global expansion of their business and build an international profile.
