About Parmeshwari Silk Mills Ltd

Incorporated in 1993, Parmeshwari Silk Mills (PSM) is a public limited company that manufactures textiles suiting products and shirtings. Initially promoted by S Parmjit Singh, S Jatinder Pal Singh and Mrs Prabhpreet Kaur, the company is now managed by Jatinderpal Singh. In 1996, PSM issued 1.56 crore equity shares worth Rs 10 each for cash to finance the expansion of their production capacity from 384000 - 432000 to 960000 - 612000 meters per annum. As a result, the company was able to increase the extent of their product offerings and saw a rise in reputation within the market.
