About Bang Overseas Ltd

Bang Overseas Private Limited was incorporated in 1992 and transformed into a public limited company in February 2005. The company is a leading fashion fabric and ready to wear provider in the apparel and textile industry. Since 1998, they have been designing and producing fabrics from countries such as Turkey, Portugal, Mauritius, and others for the seasonal fabric collections they market. In 2000, they ventured into the ready to wear menswear segment by outsourcing manufacturing and, in 2002, they launched their own brand called Thomas Scott. They also established two apparel manufacturing units in 2005 and 2006 with an installed capacity of 720,000 and 540,000 pieces per annum respectively. Further, the company has 157 points of sale across India including their own retail outlets, large format stores and multi-brand outlets. For logistic purposes, they have a centralised warehousing centre at Kalher Village, near Bhiwandi.
