About NDA Securities Ltd

NDA Securities is a company which was incorporated in 1992, and specializes in securities trading and investments, as well as offering merchant banking services. In 1994, it went public with an issue in order to increase longterm assets and set up its existing infrastructure for merchant banking activities. The company is part of N D Agarwal and Sanjay Agarwal groups, and has a broad and diverse clientele. It was also granted membership to the National Stock Exchange in 1994, and allowed Category 1 registration as a merchant banker by SEBI in December of that year. Additionally, it also got membership of the OTC Exchange of India in 1995-96. Through its capacity and infrastructure, the company is well-positioned to take advantage of the economic liberalization of the country.
