About CHL Ltd

CHL Ltd, formerly known as Cosmopolitan Hotels, is a renowned hospitality business based in New Delhi, India. It is associated with the Sofitel Chain of Hotels. In 1995, the company improved two floors and formulated a marketing strategy to increase occupancy rate and room rates. The 5-star deluxe Hotel Crowne Plaza Surya (CPS), owned by CHL Ltd., is located in New Friends Colony, Delhi and operates as a part of Inter Continental Hotels Group network. CPS provides 182 superior rooms, 11 deluxe suites and 2 presidential suites with modern services and traditional Indian hospitality. It caters specifically to the business travellers. Additionally, CHL is constructing a hotel cum commercial complex in Dushanbe, Tajikistan with a full support of the local government. Over the years, the company has remained consistent in their financial performance, adjusting to the industry's standards.
