About Action Construction Equipment Ltd

Action Construction Equipments Limited (ACE) is an Indian company that was founded in 1995 and specializes in Hydraulic Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Truck Cranes, Material Handlers, Road Construction Equipment, Tractors, Harvesters, and Rotavators. It went public in 2006 when its Equity Shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. In 2009 and 2008, it acquired a Romanian company which became a fellow subsidiary of the Company. In 2010 ACE started manufacturing tractors and in 2011 it acquired 89.50% of the total equity from a Cyprus-based WOS Company. In 2015-2016, ACE launched new products, such as skid loader wheel-based harvesters, and introduced smart features to its existing product range.
