About Windsor Machines Ltd

Windsor Machines Limited, formerly known as DGP Windsor India Ltd., is an Indian manufacturer of plastic processing machinery such as pipe extrusion, blown-film extrusion, and injection moulding machines. Incorporated in May 1963, the company entered into a technical and commercial collaboration with R H Windsor UK in 1982, Klockner Werke Germany in 1986, and the Piramal Group in 1994. In 2012-13, the company extended its customer base by launching machines for special applications and in 2013-14, it incorporated a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Wintech B.V. in Netherlands and Wintech S.r.l. in Italy. During the period 2016-17 the company installed over 30 two-platen machines in critical application segments and in 2017-18 Wintech S.r.l. was liquidated. In 2019-20, the company invested a total of Rs 16.50cr in RCube Energy Storage Systems private limited and acquired a 55% stake. Windsor Machines Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of quality products and its machinery is used in making plastic bottles, kerosene containers, plastic sheets, films, tapes, PVC pipes, woven sacks, shoes and also in the automobile industry.
