Ranjeet Mechatronics Share Price

Ranjeet Mechatronics Limited was initially incorporated as Ranjeet Electric Private Limited in 1993 in Ahmedabad. Later, in 2016, the name was changed to Ranjeet Mechatronics Private Limited. May 28, 2018 saw their conversion from a private to a public company, and the name was amended to Ranjeet Mechatronics Limited. Prior to this, founder, Late Shree Vallabbhai B. Swadia, established a firm called Ranjeet Electric and Engineering Corporation in 1949. His son, Mr. Rakesh V. Swadia, later joined the business and in 1993, Late Vallabhbhai Swadia incorporated Ranjeet Electric Private Limited. The IP primarily focused on selling various industrial pumps, diesel engines and electrical motors; and in 2007 was awarded second highest sales turnover in the Ahmedabad region. The company also gained distributorship of fire pumps and fire engines from Kirloskar in 2009. Furthermore, in 2010, a tie up with Mather and Platt Pumps Limited for the distribution of products led to further growth and development. In 2012, relatives of Mr. Rakesh Swadia floated Himgiri Solutions Private Limited, which in 2013 was awarded a work contract of sewage treatment plant and pumping system from Nashik Airport. Further, in 2013, Destiny Zone Security Systems Private Limited was floated and was awarded a contract of worth 10 Crores from NCC Limited. Finally, in 2015, a scheme of amalgamation of HSPL, DZSSPL and Ranjeet Electric Private Limited with the appointed date of April 1, 2014 was approved by the Board of Directors. Ranjeet Mechatronics Limited now provides specialized firefighting solutions as a system integrator and provides end to end solutions for various security and fire solutions.
