About Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd

Vidli Restaurants Limited was established on August 24, 2007 in Mumbai as Kanisha Hotels Private Limited. Through the years, the company's name has changed from Kanisha Hotels to Vithal Kamats Restaurants Private Limited and then to Vidli Restaurants Private Limited, before being converted to a public limited company on October 7, 2015. The company operates a chain of restaurants serving hygienic food items and currently has 39 outlets in western and central India. It is run under the brands Vithal Kamats and Kamats and is known for its quality and originality. In November 2013, the company started its commercial operations, and in August 2015 entered into a Master Franchisee Agreement with MNM group that runs for 5 years. Since then, they have focused on expanding their chain and standardizing their products and services.
